Well it is finally here! The new, upgraded online ordering site!

PLEASE NOTE - WHEN REGISTERING IT WILL TAKE 24 - 48 HOURS TO ACTIVATE YOUR ONLINE WHOLESALE ORDERING ACCOUNT.

Here you will find heaps of grooming goodies, sensational shampoos and sprays and lots of accessories and items you just can't be without!

Take the time to "stroll" through the categories as they are packed full with items that you will quickly list as "must haves" and all your wants and needs (even ones you didn't know about!) will easily be filled!

If you are a groomer, hydrobather, pet shop owner, boarding kennels, dog sitter - any pet related business just register with us for a wholesale registration (usually takes 24-48 hours) all you need is your ABN and/or Registered Business Name.

Just a couple of things;

1) IF YOU HAVE SHOPPED WITH US BEFORE YOU WILL NEED TO RE-REGISTER - 

SORRY - this seemed the simplest way to ensure that all details were correct and after trying a couple of times to transfer all of you - trust me when I say you really didn't want me to do it again!

It only takes a couple of minutes and I will make sure that all registrations are given priority - the ugrade is definetly worth it though and I think you will not mind the inconvenience of re-registering once all the benfits of the new system become apparent.

2) FREIGHT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER after it has been processed.

Yes the bane of all web-stores the freight issue! As this is an online ordering system we decided to follow our existing freight system in that all freight is calculated on the orders individually that way we always ensure that we are not overcharging you and that the goods are being sent in the safest most economical way. You will have the choice to either - have the goods sent out and freight added to the invoice (this is normally selected by existing customers who are used to the freight charges and methods we use) or you can select to place your order and be notified of the freight charges before the order is sent, this selction is made in the checkout process.

3) With the online ordering system, once you have placed your order, if there is any goods out of stock you will be notified immediately. The DGS Imports web-store is an online ordering system, as we also accept orders by phone, fax, email and over the counter, stock levels can vary. Any items out of stock will need to be re-ordered as we do not have back-orders.

4) Goods can either be picked up (either at the Shailer Park warehouse or Durack showgrounds - please check schedule first) or sent by courier - if being sent by courier instructions will need to be given regarding what to do if you are unavailable (eg - authority to leave next door, or on porch) or an alternate address given. If the goods are undeliverable due to no-one being home/at work, the a $35.00 re-delivery may be applicable.
