Professional stripping knives by Akko, equipped with a small blade designed to ensure maximum precision in detailed work. Ideal for working on all types of wire and hard coat, they guarantee impeccable results both for show dogs and for daily grooming in the salon.
The blades, made of high-quality stainless steel, do not damage or break the hair, respecting its natural texture. The fine wood handle is designed with a special anti-rotation shape, which guarantees a stable and secure grip during prolonged use.
The set includes all sizes – Extra Fine, Fine, Medium and Large – to suit all types of work, from the most meticulous finishing touches to the largest areas of the coat.
Extra Fine Blade: used for specific areas such as the ears (especially the inside and edges), the cheeks, the chinstrap, the head in general and particularly sensitive areas. It is also ideal for finishing, especially on the head and for trimming the dog’s coat, i.e. maintenance work. 32 Extra Fine Teeth
Fine Blade: this blade has narrow teeth that allow you to work on areas that need greater definition, such as shoulders, chest, ears, etc. This type of tooth avoids injuring the dog’s skin. It is ideal for trimming or blending different lengths in adjacent areas. 26 fine teeth
Medium Blade: this blade is the most widely used in grooming salons because it is the most versatile, allowing you to work on various areas of the body with very different coat densities. Excellent knife for stripping all short and medium areas and for the spine/back; widely used for commercial work in grooming salons. 18 Medium Teeth
