The freight method used is determined by the location & weight of the parcel.
REDELIVERY & AUTHORIRT TO LEAVE
Due to COVID restrictions all parcels are labelled AUTHORITY TO LEAVE.
The most efficient delivery is with Authority To Leave, instructions can be left during the checkout process of where you would prefer the parcel to be left. If you do not wish the parcel to be left, then there may be a redelivery fee ($11.00 minimum per redelivery).
TRACKING
Once your parcel has been collected by the courier or freight company you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also jump online and login to your account area, select the order you are wanting to track and the tracking link can be accessed.

NB delivery times are estimates and may be affected by ccircumsatnces beyond our control or prediction.
CHRSITMAS, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & DELAYS
During Christmas please allow an extra 2 days to the delivery time, due to the volume of parcels there may be delays.
Also, please be aware of Public Holidays, freight is not processed during public holidays.

Delivery times can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, customs investigations & other uncontrollable factors. These timeframes are out of our control, we will try our best to ensure you receive your parcel asap. Some items are unable to be shipped by certain methods due to the nature of the goods.
LARGE ITEMS
Large or bulky items such as Grooming Tables, Hydraulic Tables, Electric Tables are large bulky and overweight, these items will be charged freight seperately. There will need to be assistance to unload, if there is no-one to assit an extra TailGate charge will be applied.
MISSING PARCELS
On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to two months to receive an answer from the relevant freight Investigation Team. Unfortunately these timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.
INCORRECT INFORMATION
Once your order has been placed changes are able to be made.
It is still extremely important to please double check your shipping address are correct before confirming your order, or when you recieve your confirmation emails. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

STORE PICK-UP / COLLECT FROM WAREHOUSE
If you choose to collect from the Shailer Park QLD warehouse, you will be sent a text message or email when your parcel is ready to be picked up at the address below. If you change your mind please email us at info@dgsimports.com.au or call us on 0738014800 for us to arrange shipping and payment for the shipping charges. Collectin times are listed below

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
New Zealand shipping is with Aramex, you will be advised of the shipping costs. Shipping does NOT include and customs, duty or GST charges. It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods you are importing are allowed to be imported by NZ Customs. Any items that are refused entry will either be destroyed by customs or returned to us at your cost.
