ASIAN MAX 45° Curved Scissors, ideal for achieving extreme curves

ASIAN MAX 45° Curved Scissors are extremely light and comfortable. They have an intermediate blade and are designed to create extreme curves, especially on the head, feet and legs.

Ideal for small and medium breeds, exceptional for creative and Asian style cuts and for finishing. The Asian Max Curved Scissors are 7” long and can be used with the curve facing either the dog or the groomer thanks to the symmetrical handles, which make them reversible.

They are designed for rapid rotation and offer ergonomic use in both positions, guaranteeing stability while working. Some of the breeds suitable for using the ASIAN MAX 45° Curved Scissors: Shih Tzu, Maltese, Lhasa Apso, Poodle, Brussels Griffon, Spitz, Pomeranian.

Thanks to the high quality convex edges of the blades, they allow a regular and clean cut, perfect for final smoothing.

RECOMMENDED USE: Scissors designed to obtain extreme curves on the head, feet and legs, suitable for small breeds. Excellent for creative and Asian-style cuts, and for final touches, especially to create very accentuated roundness. For all coat textures.

DEGREE OF CURVATURE: there are different degrees of curvature of the blades, but the most common on the market are blades with a curvature of 15° (e.g. Magic Ball 15° by Akko Scissors) or 30° (e.g. Asian Game 30° by Akko Scissors or Boombastik by Akko Scissors): those with a 15° curvature are used for larger areas (e.g. legs, rib-cage), while the 30° blades, being much more curved, are more suitable for decidedly more rounded areas (e.g. Asian-style muzzles and heads). The latest concept in terms of curvature consists of blades with a 40° curvature (e.g. Asian Moon 40° by Akko Scissors) or even a 45° curvature (e.g. Asian Max 45° by Akko Scissors), which allow you to quickly create any rounded shape, even the most extreme, with just a few snips, for example on small heads, moustaches and beards, details of feet and folds of flank, even on small dogs, reducing working times.
