RETURNS
WHAT can be returned?
All products can be returned except the following;
*Treats & Food
* Sale or discontinued items
* Special Order Items
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
For returning items we need to be notified within three days of reciept of the goods and goods need to be returned to us within one week of reciept of the goods.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items can be returned to:

HOW do customers return items?
Items need to be returned unsed with original - undamaged packaging. They also need to have a copy of the purchase invoice and details of why they are being returned, or a copy of the RMA
SHIPPING for returns?
The cost of returning items to DGS Imports is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is recieve you will be notified and the next step will proceed whether that be a a credit, replacement or alternative.
CREDIT for returns?
Once your item is returned in good condition with original packaging we shall either arrange a store credit or refund.
Instore return option?
You are always welcome to come to the warehouse to return items or discuss your order, we are located at:

We are open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 4.00pm
Packing materials?
YES - the goods need to be returned to us in original condition, unused with original packaging.
